The agreement between True North and you, our client. No jargon, no surprises.
Last updated July 2026. By purchasing a plan or submitting the project intake form, you agree to these terms. This agreement is between True North ("we," "us"), a Florida LLC based in Naples, FL, and you, the client.
We provide digital marketing services for real estate professionals, which may include single-property listing websites, listing videos, social and paid advertising management, a 24/7 AI concierge, lead tools, and related content. The specific services you receive depend on the plan or product you purchase, confirmed in writing (email counts).
Prices are as listed on customtruenorth.com. Monthly plans bill automatically each month, and annual plans bill once per year, through our payment processor (Stripe), and renew until you cancel. One-time products (such as Listing Launch) are charged in full up front. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all fees until you cancel.
You can cancel a monthly or annual plan anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. Because work is delivered quickly and is custom, one-time fees, setup fees, and completed or in-progress work are non-refundable, and we do not prorate partial periods. No long-term contract is required.
You agree to provide accurate information and timely feedback, and you confirm that you own or are licensed to use all photos, video, logos, and listing content you send us, and that you have the right to market the listings involved. You are responsible for complying with your brokerage's rules and applicable real estate advertising laws.
We aim to deliver initial work within a few business days of receiving everything we need. Timelines depend on you providing photos, details, and approvals. We will keep you updated.
If you buy ad management, advertising spend is billed directly to Meta and/or Google by those platforms and is separate from our management fee, with a $500/month minimum ad budget. Real estate ads are subject to the platforms' housing (Special Ad Category) rules, which limit targeting. We manage campaigns professionally but do not and cannot guarantee any specific number of leads, sales, or results.
Marketing outcomes vary based on the market, the property, pricing, and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific leads, sales, showings, search rankings, or revenue.
Your content and photos remain yours. Once your account is paid current, you may use the websites and videos we deliver for your own real estate marketing. We retain ownership of our underlying templates, code, and systems. We may display your completed site or video as an example of our work in our portfolio, unless you ask us in writing not to.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the one month before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Services are provided "as is."
